CARAVAN FOR
INTERNATIONAL CULTURE, Inc.

Caravan For International Culture, Inc., founded in 1980, is an urban, practice-oriented and interdisciplinary arts-based program in education training piloted in public and private schools in Massachusetts, grades K-12.

The core principle of the Caravan Model is spiritually-based learning rooted in the oneness of humanity, the equality of men and women, and the elimination of all forms of prejudice through a program of student workshops and in-service teacher-training.

Caravan was generously supported by grants provided during the 1980’s through the NEA, the Boston-, Cambridge-, and Lynn Public School systems, Massachusetts Commonwealth In-Service grants, Federal Chapter 636 grants, and visionary teachers, principals, parents, administrators and children throughout the US and abroad.

Caravan consultants provide professional services in arts and cultural policy planning, teacher-training in arts and multimedia, and educational planning for corporations and schools. For more information about bringing Caravan consultants to your school, please contact Chandler at:
